Simple Return Policy
You may return your Simple Thermostat for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Before sending it back to us, contact our customer support team at hello@thesimple.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form. Fill out the RMA form and include it along with a copy of the original receipt in your shipment so that we know whom to credit when we receive the product. If possible, use the original packaging or comparable protection suitable for shipping electronic products. You are responsible for shipping cost so we recommend using a shipper that offers tracking numbers. Once we receive the product, we'll process the return and refund you using the method of purchase. You must follow the above process to receive a refund. If your Simple Thermostat was not purchased via thesimple.com website, please refer to the seller's return policy.
